From the cooked breakfast at the begining of the day to the four course meal in the evening, The Edge Chalet Company offers some of the best food you'll find on a chalet holiday.
The four course evening meal will be made from fresh, local, seasonal produce and served with French wines.
Dinner is served 6 nights a week at 7.30pm, childrens meals are offered at 6.30pm.
If your arrival is late in the evening we will put a plate aside for you.

Tea and Coffee
On your day of arrival, we like to make it special to get you in the mood for some Edge Holiday treatment.
Before dinner that evening we offer champagne and canapes in front of the fire.
Served from 8-9am daily, we offer porridge and cereals,croissants and toast with jams and honey, fresh fruit, a range of juices, tea and coffee. We also offer a different hot option 6 days a week such as scrambled eggs, bacon, beans on toast, pancakes and poached eggs.
A freshly baked cake will be ready for your arrival back off the slopes at about 4.30pm 6 days a week. Our normal selection of teas and coffees are there to go with the cake.
With prior notice we can cater for vegetarians or other dietry requirements. Please let us know when booking.
Staff Day Off
Every week the staff have a specified day off when dinner will not be served at the chalet. We are happy to recommend and book restaurants in town. For breakfast we lay out cereals, croissants, toast, teas and coffees but there will not be a hot option. For afternoon tea we leave out biscuits, teas and coffee. Shuttle services in Chalet Beatrice and l'Ange operate as normal.
