From the cooked breakfast and smoothies at the begining of the day to the exquisite four-course meal in the evening, The Edge Morzine offers some of the best food you'll find on a chalet holiday.

Dinner
The four course evening meal will be made from fresh, local seasonal produce, the four courses are starter, main, desert, cheese and coffees. With dinner, we serve French table wines as part of the package. Dinner is served at 7.30pm, childrens meals are offered at 6.30pm. There is also a welcome receptionon Sunday.

Welcome Reception
On your day of arrival we like to make it a little bit special, really get you in the mood for some Edge Holiday treatment. Welcoming you to the chalet with a local sparkling wine, the Savoyarde offering of Champagne, called Pétillant. We serve this before dinner with some canapes and local specialities like saucisson.

Served from 8-9am daily, we offer croissants, porridge, cereals and toast with a range of juices, tea and coffee. We also offer a different hot option each day including choices such as scrambled eggs, bacon, beans on toast, pancakes and poached eggs.
Afternoon Cake, Tea and Coffee
A freshly baked cake will be ready for your arrival back off the slopes at about 4.30pm every day. Our normal selection of teas and coffees are there to go with the cake.
Veggie & Healthy Options
We can accommodate vegetarians, or anyone wishing to keep the meat intake down. If any of your party are vegetarian or would prefer a veggie/healthy option on any night, please let us know when you make your booking or before you turn up so that we can prepare.
Staff Day Off
Every week the staff have a specified day off. On this day we will provide cereals, croissants, toast, teas and coffees for breakfast. For afternoon tea we leave out biscuits, teas and coffees. You’ll have to find your own way for dinner. Of course, we will help recommend restaurants and make bookings or you can just wander into town and see what takes your fancy. Shuttle service in Chalet Beatrice, Abby and l'Ange carries on as normal.
