The Chalet

Chalet Beatrice is a brand new chalet, completed in December 2008. We have a beautiful location in Montriond with great views across the Morzine valley and up towards the lifts.

 

The Rooms

All the rooms are doubles or twins, all with en-suite bathrooms. Every room has its own private balcony looking out over the mountains or down into the Morzine valley. Each room also has its own radio, so you can listen to local radio with regular mountain weather forecasts in English, or just plug in your ipod and listen to your own tunes

 

The Living Areas

The top floor is almost entirely open plan, open at the top to the beams and roof of the chalet. The floor is split level, with a beautiful fireplace and access to three balconies. There is under-floor heating and focus fireplace suspended from the ceiling. We also haveTV with DVDs and Nintendo Wii.

 

Table Tennis & Games

We have a table tennis table, as well as a range of board games available for you to use at any time.

 

iMac, Wii and Wifi

Chalet Beatrice has wifi throughout the chalet. However, if you don't fancy lugging your laptop all the way over here, we have a brand new iMac computer available for communal use loaded with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite 3 in case you need to do real work. We also have a Nintendo Wii which has proved very popular!

 

Linen

All bed linen is 100% Egyptian cotton percale and large, luxury towels are provided. You’ll also find two bathrobes in each room - although it’s only a few steps from the balcony door to the hot tub, it can get cold outside in the mountains!

 

Tea & Coffee

You are welcome to help yourself to teas and coffees in the dining area at any time. We keep a selection of herbal and decaf teas, as well as the usual Earl Gray, English Breakfast and PG Tips. We also have cafetières for those who like real coffee.
