The Chalet
The Edge is a brand new, purpose built, high-spec modern chalet, constructed in 2008 and kitted out with all the best gear.
The Rooms
All the rooms are doubles or twins, all with en-suite bathrooms. Every room has its own private balcony looking out over the mountains or down into the Morzine valley. Each room also has its own CD radio, so you can listen to the snow reports (in English and French) in the morning on Radio Morzine, or just plug in your ipod and listen to your own tunes.
The Sauna & Hot Tub
Outside on the main balcony on the top floor looking out over the Morzine valley, you’ll find our hot tub. An ideal and luxurious place to relax your muscles after a hard day on the slopes. Downstairs in the basement, you’ll find the sauna - perfect after a cold day out on the mountain.
The Workshop
We offer ski and snowboard servicing (hot waxing and edging) included in the price of your stay. For those who are interested, we’re more than happy to show you how you can do this for yourself, although if you come back again next year then we’re more than happy to just take care of it for you again!
The Living Areas
The top floor is almost entirely open plan, open at the top to the beams and roof of the chalet. The floor is split level, with a beautiful fireplace and access to three balconies and the hot hub. We also have TV with DVDs and Nintendo Wii.
Table Tennis & Games
We have a table tennis table, as well as a range of board games for you to use at any time.
The Honesty Bar
Wine is served free with meals, but if you fancy a beer when you get in from the slopes, then you’re welcome to help yourself to our fridge. We just ask that you make a note of what you take and pay on your last day with us.
iMac and Wifi
The Edge has unprotected wifi so you don't need to ask us for passwords or login details. You can just go to your room, open your laptop, etc and go online immediately. If you don't fancy lugging your laptop all the way over here, we have a brand new iMac computer available for communal use.
