The Portes du Soleil: one of the best places in Europe for your MTB trip!
The Portes du Soleil area is huge, the 650km of marked trails mean that there is new ground to cover every day! With such a vast area, there is also something for everyone here, from the extreme technical DH runs to the gentle runs suited to families and beginners! Most trails are also marked, so you won’t suddenly find yourself facing something the drops off towards the valley floor.

Hiring Bikes
There are several shops in town that you can hire equipment from. The Edge can help you arrange your gear on arrival ready for the next morning.
Lessons / Guiding
There are several guides available in the area. As prices are around the €200-300 range, it makes sense to do it as a group. If you’re interested, then please let us know & we can find out availability for you.
