France, famed for it's excellent food and wine and at The Edge we like to uphold that tradition. We have a professional chef throughout the winter who caters for both of our chalets. We are happy to accommodate with veggie and healthy options or any other dietary requirement. If there's something on the menu you don't like the look of tell us before hand or talk to our chef when you arrive and we'll find something that suits the group. And not to forget the wines! We have a few different bottles in sock at anyone time so you can try a few during your stay. Information on our selection for Winter 11/12 is here.

Chalet Beatrice also has a free bar included in the price of your stay that is stocked with a range of spirits and digestifs. In Chalet de l'Ange we offer an 'honesty bar' which means you can help yourself to drinks and we ask you note it down as pay us at the end of your stay.
