About Us

The Company

The Edge has been a long time coming, from the initial idea to getting financing, finding an architect and finally a suitable piece of land took almost four years. Finally though, we’re just about there, the season is almost upon us and the chalet is looking amazing and the weather couldn’t be better! We think it has all been worth waiting for!

The People

The Edge is a family company owned and run by Lindsay Kinsella McCormack and Chris McCormack (mother & son). This year, we also have a third member of staff, Susie, helping out.

Lindsay was managing property in France for over ten years. She is also a keen cook and has regularly catered for large groups at local events during the time that she was living in the Dordogne.

Chris lived in a variety of exotic places in his youth including Morocco, Saudi Arabia, France, Scotland, Cambridge, London and most importantly the Swiss alps. He has been skiing for well over 25 years, and snowboarding for close to 20 years. He is a qualified BASI Assisitant Instuctor (BASI level 1) in snowboarding. Having just given up the day job in London, Chris is now full-time in Morzine.
